Ingredients For steak butter

  • 1/2 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 3 Tbsp
    kosher salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh pepper
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    thyme
  • 1 tsp
    lemon zest, grated

How To Make steak butter

  • 1
    Mix and place on foil or saran wrap. Form into log and chill
