Ingredients For starwberry butter

1 c(2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature

1/4 cpowdered sugar

1 smpinch ground himalayan sea salt

1/2 cfresh strawberries, washed, dried, hulled and coarsely chopped

1/4 tspfreshly squeezed lemon juice, or more if needed
How To Make starwberry butter

1In a tall stainless bowl such as a bowl of a stand mixer, combine butter, sugar and sea salt. Using a hand mixer with the whisk attachment on, process for 4 to 5 minutes to incorporate enough air in the butter.

2Add strawberries and lemon juice. Switch attachment for beaters and process for 5-6 minutes. Taste and adjust; if needed add more lemon juice. Transfer to silicone mold and place in the freezer until hard. Unmold the butter squares and transfer to a plastic freezer bag or container. Makes 16 oz. of butter

3Note: Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature
