Ingredients For cilantro lime aioli
- CILANTRO LIME SAUCE

1 cmayonaise

1/4 cseasoned rice wine vinegar (use up to 1/4 cup no more)

shallots or onions (sauted or roasted)

roasted garlic
-
handful fresh cilantro
-
juice from fresh lime

worcestershire sauce

chef jasons seasoning blend made without paprika

a little paprika
-
a little sugar
- CHIPOLTE SAUCE
-
same as above except remove cilantro and lime use chef jasons regular seasoning blend and 1 can of chipolte pepper
How To Make cilantro lime aioli

1Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth vary amount of ingredients to your taste.

2This sauce is good with fish beef or chicken.
