Ingredients For salmon log

  • 16 oz
    can red salmon
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 3 Tbsp
    parsley

How To Make salmon log

  • 1
    drain and flake salmon. combine cream cheese, lemon juice, grated onions, horseradish, and salt. combine pecans and parsley. shape salmon into log. roll in nuts and parsley mixture. chill.
