Ingredients For raspberry butter

1 cbutter, room temperature

1/2 craspberry jam, seedless if preferred

1/2 cpowdered sugar

1 tspraspberry extract (add 1/2 teaspoon more for a stronger raspberry flavor)
How To Make raspberry butter

1In a mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer on medium speed, whip butter until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

2Add in remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Note: the raspberry is naturally pink no food coloring is needed.
