Ingredients For pineapple cheeseball

  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese (16 oz total)
  • 1 can
    crushed pineapple (81/2oz) drain
  • 2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp
    seasoned salt

How To Make pineapple cheeseball

  • 1
    1.Drain pineapple. 2. Soften 2 pkg. cream cheese 3. Chop onion, pepper and pecans. 4. Reserve 1 cup pecans to roll cheeseball. 5. Combine all ingredients.

    6. Roll cheeseball in chopped pecans. 7. Refrigerate 8. Serve with crackers.
