1 1/2 csugar

1 stickbutter

1 cevaporated milk

1/2 cpecans, in pieces

1 ccoconut, flaked

1 tspvanilla extract

How To Make pineapple cake icing

1In a large sauce pan, cook the sugar, butter and evaporated milk for about 6 minutes on medium-high heat.

2Once thickened, add the pecans, coconut, vanilla, and salt.

3Pour over the Pineapple Cake once the cake and icing have cooled.
