Ingredients For peanut butter & chia spread

  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp
    coconut oil, softened or melted
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    maple butter, maple sugar, (raw) honey, raw sugar, coconut sugar, etc.
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla extract or vanilla paste

How To Make peanut butter & chia spread

    Place all ingredients in a prep bowl and mix together well. Good spread on crackers, bread, apple slices, celery sticks, bananas, etc.
