  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, softened (2 ounces)
  • 1/4 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/8 tsp
    grated lemon rind
  • 1/8 tsp
    grated orange rind

How To Make lemon-orange butter

    Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.

    Use the butter right away or cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator. Bring it out a little ahead of serving to give it time to soften slightly.
