Ingredients For lemon butter

    eggs
  • 6
    big lemons
  • lemon zest from 2 or 3 lemons
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1 lb
    sugar

How To Make lemon butter

    Use a mixer to beat eggs and sugar.

    Place mix in a sacepan with butter, the zest and juice from the lemons.

    Cook on low until thick.

    Let cool. Then keep in the fridge.
