Ingredients For hot pepper butter

    hot peppers
  • 6 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 qt
    mustard
  • 1 qt
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1-1/2 c
    flour
  • 1-1/2 c
    water

How To Make hot pepper butter

    GRIND THE PEPPERS. YOU MANY USE DIFFERENT KINDS OF PEPPERS.

    MIX WITH SUGAR, SALT, MUSTARD, AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR.

    BOIL FOR 15 MINUTES.

    MIX FLOUR AND WATER TOGETHER, THEN SLOWLY ADD TO ABOVE MIX.

    BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES STIRRING OFTEN.

    PUT INTO JARS, ADJUST LIDS AND LET THEM SET. THEY SEAL AS THEY COOL. THIS IS VERY GOOD!!
