I've always loved getting honey butter from this place here called Harry's Farmers Market. Especially on a nice piece of warm crusty baguette bread

yield 3 /4 cup butter

Ingredients For honey butter

  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    grated orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon

How To Make honey butter

  • 1
    In a mixing bowl, combine butter,honey, orange zest, and cinnamon; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Store in refrigerator in a air tight container.
