Since my Dad was a beekeeper we always had LOTS of honey and this simple spread for toast was a morning staple. Its good on biscuits and home made yeast rolls, too.

- HONEY BUTTER:

1/2 choney

3 Tbsplemon juice

2 Tbspbrown sugar
- STRAWBERRY BUTTER VARIATION:

omit brown sugar

1 pkg(10 ounces) frozen strawberries, thawed

1 cpowdered sugar
How To Make honey butter spread with strawberry variation

1Cream butter with a mixer until fluffy. Add honey in a fine stream. Blend in juice and brown sugar and mix until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

2STRAWBERRY BUTTER VARIATION: Omit brown sugar. Add 1 (10 ounce) package thawed frozen strawberries and 1 cup powdered sugar. Mix as above with mixer until nicely blended.
