Ingredients For homemade mayonnaise

2eggs-large organic eggs preferred

1 tspred wine vinegar
-
1/2lemon juice, fresh

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspwhite pepper ground- or black
-
1 dashtabasco sauce
-
1 dashworcestershire sauce

1 cvegetable oil
How To Make homemade mayonnaise

1Combine all ingredients EXCEPT oil in a bowl. blend with a wisk, or in blender.

2Add oil very gradually in a thin stream, whisking constantly. ( using blender is better )

3adjust seasoning to taste and refrigerate, lasts for 1 week in fridge
