Ingredients For homemade mayonnaise

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 to 1 1/2
    heaping tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1
    whole egg, plus 1 egg yolk
  • 4 dash
    tabasco
  • 1 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • juice from 1 lemon

How To Make homemade mayonnaise

    Combine first 5 ingredients in food processor or blender.

    Blend for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
  • 3
    Gradually add oil with food processor on high until mixture thickens.

    When thick, turn off.

    Add lemon juice.

    Mix well.
