This is a very good sauce that can be used for a variety of things , for veggie dip , poultry and sea food , its really good , I got this recipe from one of my old cookbooks.

Ingredients For green goddess dressing

  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2
    anchovy fillets ; minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped chives
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped green onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    tarragon vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp
    teaspoon tarragon

    IN SMALL BOWL STIR TOGETHER ANCHOVIES , PARSLEY , CHIVES GREEN ONION , VINEGAR AND TARRAGON UNTIL WELL MIXED. COVER AND REFRIGERATE . SERVE ON TOSSED GREENS , CHILLED VEGETABLES OR COLD SEAFOOD OR POULTRY. MAKES ; 1 CUP ; BEST MADE A DAY AHEAD
