I use this frosting on Sheath Cocoa Cake (recently posted). I also use the same recipe without the cocoa for a vanilla sauce poured over bread pudding.

Ingredients For glossy cocoa frosting

1 csugar

4 Tbspflour
-
4 Tbspcocoa

pinchsalt
-
1 cwater

3 Tbspbutter or margerine

1 tspvanilla

1 tspinstant coffee
How To Make glossy cocoa frosting

1Sift dry ingredients into saucepan.

2Add water, butter, vanilla and coffee.

3Heat on medium heat until sauce thickens, stirring constantly.

4Spread on cake or bread pudding (leave out the cocoa for bread pudding) while both cake and frosting are still warm.
