Ingredients For ginger-orange butter

  • 1/2 c
    unsalted butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    mild honey
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    finely chopped crystalized ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    grated orange zest

How To Make ginger-orange butter

    In a small bowl, beat together butter and honey until light and fluffy. Fold in ginger and orange zest. Serve on pancakes. Makes about 3/4 cup.
