Ingredients For garlic butter

  • 4 lg
    garlic cloves
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    sweet butter

How To Make garlic butter

  • 1
    Peel garlic cloves and boil them in the water for 2 minutes. Drain and pat dry on a paper towel, then crush in garlic press.

    Cream the butter thoroughly, then add the crushed garlic and mix together until well blended. You can also put this is parchment paper and mold it into a rectangle or cylinder and put it in the refrigerator to chill.
