    garlic cloves
  • 1/3 c
    fresh parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1 stick
    unsalted butter, softened

How To Make garlic butter

    In a food processor blend garlic, parsley, and butter until well blended. The garlic butter keeps, covered and chilled for about 2 weeks. Makes about 2/3 cup.
