How To Make garlic and herb compound butter

1Chop herbs. Mince the garlic. Squeeze lemon juice.

2In a medium bowl, with a spoon mix the butter, herbs, garlic, and lemon.

3On a piece of parchment paper, form the butter into a log shape.

4Roll up the parchment paper to help shape the log.

5Cut off the excess parchment paper and place butter in a resealable bag.

6Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
