this recpie stems from a true baker and they use this recipe alot for cakes. dont forget you can always add food coloring to the frosting as well.

  • 1/2 c
    shortening
  • 1/2 c
    butter @ room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 4 c
    powder sugar
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    water

How To Make fluffy white frosting

    IN MIXING BOWL ADD SHORTENING, BUTTER, AND MIX TILL BLENDED TOGETHER.ADD VANILLA, POWDER SUGAR ON LOW SPEED. ADD WATER,MIX ON HIGH SPEED TILL FLUFFY.
