Ingredients For enhanced mustard

  • 1/2 c
    dijon mustard - the cheap kind is fine
  • 2 Tbsp
    pitted kalamata olives, minced or pureed
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely minced chives, or green onion tops
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    drained capers, minced, or sour pickles
  • 1 Tbsp
    pickled jalapeños or other peppers, minced
  • 2 tsp
    pickle or olive juice or seasoned vinegar

How To Make enhanced mustard

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Adjust seasonings to taste. If it seems too chunky, zip it with an immersible blender.
