This is a very good sauce that I have made for years now , you can use it on sandwiches , fish in salads , what ever you desire.

Ingredients For cucumber - dill sauce

  • 8 oz
    container sour cream
  • 1 md
    cucumber ; peeled and chopped small
  • 1 tsp
    dill-weed
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper

How To Make cucumber - dill sauce

    IN A SMALL BOWL WITH SPOON MIX WELL SOUR CREAM WITH CUCUMBER , DILL-WEED , SUGAR , SALT AND PEPPER YIELDS ; 2 CUPS
