Ingredients For creamed tuna

2 cantuna, drained

6 Tbspap flour
-
3 Tbspmargarine
-
2-3 Tbspsweet onion, minced

1 1/4 cmilk
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1 dashwhite or black ground pepper

1/4 tspsalt
-
1squirt lemon juice (if desired)

1 pinchonion powder (if desired)

1/2 cfrozen sno-peas
How To Make creamed tuna

1In a medium pan over medium heat, combine margarine, flour and onion to create a paste. Allow to cook until margarine is melted and begins to brown.

2Add the milk and sour cream, heat until bloiling and thick.

3Add remaining ingredients and serve over buttered toast.
