  • 1 bunch
    fresh cilantro
  • 1 sm
    red onion -- diced
  • 1/4 c
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 2 sm
    fresh jalapeno pepper -- seeded
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese -- grated

How To Make cilantro jalapeno pesto

    Combine the cilantro, onion, olive oil, lime juice, jalapeno pepper, and Parmesan cheese in a blender; pulse until the mixture reaches a soft, paste-like consistency.
