Ingredients For cilantro chile butter

8 ozunsalted butter, softened

1handful fresh cilantro, choped

1chile pepper, seeded and chopped

1 Tbsplime juice

1 tspsalt (or more to taste)

black pepper to taste
How To Make cilantro chile butter

1Place ingredients in a food processor; pulse until well blended.

2Wrap in plastic wrap and place in freezer until hard.

3To serve, unwrap and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Rewrap remaining butter and store in refrigerator or freezer.
