Ingredients For chive butter

1/2 c(1 stick) butter, room temperature

3 Tbspchives, finely chopped

1 Tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice
How To Make chive butter

1In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients; stir until well blended.

2Scoop the mixture onto the center of some parchment or wax paper and gather the sides to compact the butter.

3Fold one side over and form a log, curling your fingers under to tighten it up. Roll it up to the other side and twist the ends tight. To prevent it from opening, fold the ends under.

4Chill until it hardens, about 2 hours.
