Ingredients For "chinese style hot mustard"

1/4 cupdry mustard

1/4 cupwhite vinegar

1/4 cupcold water
How To Make "chinese style hot mustard"

1Mix all ingredients well, should be the consistency of Gravy. adding more or less vinegar or water, to consistency.

2Divide into Airtight Jars, and refrigerate. makes about 3/4 to 1 cup depending on consistency.
