1 ccashews

1/3 chot water

2 Tbspnutritional yeast

2 tsplemon juice

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspgarlic powder
How To Make cashew cheese

1Place cashews in a bowl and pour the hot water over. Let sit for 2 hours. Drain and discard the water.

2Place the cashews and remaining ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

3Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve on crackers, bagels. veggies. Whatever you want.
