Now you longer longer need to grease and flour your pans. This recipe takes care of it all. The great thing is you can make as much as you want and it won't spoil, just store in a cool dry place. I learned this recipe when I took cake decorating classes, I haven't greased and floured a pan since.

1/2 cflour

1/2 cvegetable oil

1/2 cvegetable shortening (like crisco)
How To Make cake release

1In a mixing bowl, using mixer on low to medium speed, combine together flour and vegetable shortening, until creamy.

2With mixer still running, slowly add vegetable oil. Mixture will look like paste.

3Store in covered container in a cool dry place. Lasts indefinately.

4You can make as little or as much as you want, just use equal amounts of all ingredients.

5When recipe calls for you to grease, or grease and flour a pan, use this instead, you will be happy with the results.
