1/2 cchopped raw cranberries

1/4 cchopped walnuts, optional

3/4 conly real butter, softened

1/4 cgranulated sugar or brown sugar, lightly packed

How To Make buttery cranberry spread

1In a small mixing bowl combine the butter,white or brown sugar and honey, blend and beat until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes, to make airy. Add remaining ingredients and beat for 5 more minutes.

2Place in a nice serving dish and chill until serving time. --- Note: If after Thanksgiving and /or Christmas you have any cranberry orange relish left... drain reserve liquid for your quick bread recipes. Using the drained relish and add softened cream cheese to make a great orange/cranberry spread for your toast in the morning etc....
