Ingredients For berry butter

  • 1/4 c
    berries (any kind or combination), mashed
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened

How To Make berry butter

    In bowl of blender or food processor, combine mashed berries and sugar or honey.

    Process until pureed. Add lemon juice and butter.

    Process until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl for serving.
