Ingredients For beef liver pate

8 ozbeef liver chopped

1/4 cbutter

1/2 conion chopped

4 clovegarlic

4 ozwhipped cream cheese

1/4 cheavy cream

2 Tbspchopped fresh sage

2 Tbspdrained capers
-
2 Tbspsweet relish

2hard boiled eggs peeled

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make beef liver pate

1Add the butter to a skillet. When the butter has melted add the onions and liver. Cook until liver is done. Add the minced garlic and cook 30 seconds.

2Transfer to a food processor and add the cream cheese, heavy cream sage and hard boiled eggs. Process until smooth.

3Stir in the caper and relish. taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Serve on crackers or crusty bread.
