Ingredients For becky's egg salad

  • 4
    hard boiled eggs
  • ice water bath
  • SAUCE
  • 3 Tbsp
    miracle whip or mayo
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    spicy brown mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slice
    bread and butter pickles, stackers

How To Make becky's egg salad

  • 1
    Cook eggs 13 mins, remove from heat,cover. Drain water from the pan; cool in an ice water bath. After they have cooled, peel them and chop them up. Trim the edges off of the B&B pickles, dice them up. Mix miracle whip or mayo, spicy brown mustard, salt and pepper. Add eggs and pickles, mix well. Enjoy!
