This is a recipe I found in a cookbook at a garage sale from the womens auxilliary at a local VFW. It is absolutley wonderful! Grab some good crackers and enjoy!

Ingredients For bar cheese

  • 2 lb
    velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 jar
    horseradish
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • dash
    tabasco sause

How To Make bar cheese

  • 1
    Melt cheese on top of stove in a double boiler. Turn off heat. Add items above. Put in containers, pint size rubbermade, ect. let set to cool then refridgerate. You can also add crumbled fried bacon. This is a staple at the holiday time for my family. Hope you all enjoy!
