Ingredients For artichoke pesto

  • 12 oz
    jar oil packed arichokes drained
  • 1/2 c
    pine nuts
  • 4 clove
    garlic
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    fresh basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • salt and pepper

How To Make artichoke pesto

  • 1
    Add all ingredients except olive oil and salt and pepper in food processor. Turn on food processor and process while drizzling in olive oil. Use more or less olive oil to reach the right consistency.
