(5 ratings)
I make this delicious spread for hubby to take to work. He loves it for sandwiches or on crackers, for a quick snack. It's so easy to make. This is my version. This recipe is for 3 pounds of bologna...you can easily halve the recipe. Hope you enjoy! My photo's

How To Make amish ham spread - my way
-
1I process bologna in food processor till pretty fine.
-
2Place in large bowl; adding all other ingredients. Stirring till well blended. I don't measure mayo, I go by the thickness we prefer.
-
3Refrigerate overnight, it is so much better after the flavors have time to mingle. Serve on bread or even crackers. Enjoy!
