4 capple cider

2 galcold water

4 Tbspeach fresh rosemary, sage and thyme leaves

8 clovegarlic minced

1 1/2 ckosher salt

2 cbrown sugar
-
4 Tbspblack peppercorns

6bay leaves
-
peel of four large oranges
How To Make turkey brine

1Combine the brine ingredients together in a large pot. Heat on stove until sugar and salt are dissolved. Let cool.

2Pour the brine over the turkey and refrigerate and let brine for 24 hours.

3Remove turkey from brine and discard the brine. Rinse turkey in sink and roast.
