Hot, spicy and salty! You're going to love it. Seriously, you need to try this on popcorn, steaks, and anything else that you think would benefit from just plain hot and salty.

How To Make sriracha salt
-
1Preheat oven to 350f.
-
2Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
3Mix salt and Sriracha. spread immediately into the baking sheet making the layer as thin as possible.
-
4Place the sheet into the over and TURN YOUR OVEN OFF (right now). If you don’t, the Sriracha salt will burn in about five minutes, causing you (and your kids, or anyone else in the house) to cough and cough and cough and be unhappy.
-
5Let the pan sit in your oven for hours. Really for hours. It will make your house smell really good…and you will be tempted to open the door. But don’t. It’s drying in there. Let it dry. (Also, make sure you don’t try to do this right before you plan on cooking in your oven….'cause that won’t work either.)
-
6When the oven is completely cooled, remove the pan.
-
7Stir and pour into an airtight jar and set right next to your stove so that you can use it all the time. Or put it in the spice cabinet. your choice.
