This is a very popular spice mix in Great Britain, and can be found in cookbooks dating back over 200 years. Brits use it in savory and sweet dishes; however, it is most loved in baked goods. The flavors are a combination of warmth, and sweet. Perfect for things like gingerbread cookies, Christmas pudding, pumpkin pie, and other similar recipes. Or, to spice up your tea or coffee. If you ever hop across the pond, you will find it in most grocers; but why not make your own, and customize it to your individual tastes. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.
