1 Tbspground coriander

1 Tbspground cumin

1 Tbspground annatto seeds (can use paprika)

1 Tbspgarlic powder

1 Tbspsalt (optional or to taste)

2 tspmexican oregano

1 tspground black pepper
How To Make sazon dry mix

1Combine all ingredients and mix well. Mix well and store in an airtight container. 1 1/2 teaspoons of this mix equals one packet of commercial Sazon.

2Note: If you want the same taste as commercial brands, use all of the salt. If you don't want so much, feel free to adjust it to your taste, or leave it out entirely.
