I have a recipe my dad makes (Chipotle Baste in JAP) that puts Santa Fe seasoning on one side of thick cut pork chops and the baste on the other. Since Santa Fe blend is only available for sale during BBQ season, this is the next best option.

  • 4 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    ground coriander
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 2 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon
