4 lgred jalapeno's seeded and chopped fine or 1 jar christopher ranch chopped red jalapeno's

5 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspeach rice vinegar and fresh lime juice

1 tspsalt

1 Tbspsugar
How To Make pickled chili paste

1Mix all together in a food processer. Place in saucepan and Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Ladle into canning jar. Secure with lid and let sit 3 days at room temp in a dark place. Refrigerate after opening
