8 lgbay leaves, ground

1/2 Tbspmixed peppercorns, ground

1/2 Tbsphimalayan sea salt, ground

1 tspcelery seed, ground

1/4 tspred pepper flakes, ground

1/2 Tbspdry mustard

1/2 Tbspsweet paprika

1 tspground ginger

1/2 tspsmoked paprika

1/4 tspground nutmeg

1/8 tspground cardamom

1/8 tspground mace

1/8 tspground cloves

1/8 tspground allspice
How To Make homemade old bay seasoning

1Grind separately bay leaves, mixed peppercorns, sea salt, celery seed and red pepper flakes. Return all of them together back to the spice grinder and grind again.

2Transfer them to a small bowl. Add the remaining ingredients; whisk until well mixed.

3Transfer the blend to an airtight container and store in a cool, dark area. Yields 1/4 cup
