I like to make my own mixes from herbs and spices I have on hand so I don't have to buy several expensive containers of premixed seasonings. Herbs don't have a long shelf life so you don't want to have large amounts on hand. Make enough to last a year.

1 Tbspmarjoram, dried

1 Tbsporegano, dried

1/2 Tbsprosemary, cut and sifted

1 pinchgarlic powder (optional, especially if you cook with fresh garlic)

1Grind together with a mortar and pestle or whatever spice grinder you use.

2Store in an airtight container in a dark place.
