My personal favorite version of this lovely French mix. It makes just a small amount but it's so easy to make a fresh batch. Of course you can double or triple the amount of you want to.

Ingredients For herbes de provence

  • 1 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1 tsp
    dried marjoram
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried savory or 1 tablespoon dried summer savory
  • 1 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1 tsp
    dried lavender

How To Make herbes de provence

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
