How To Make garlic paste

1Peel and crush garlic cloves. Coarsely chopped into even pieces. Crush into a paste by gathering the crushed garlic into a pile and sprinkle generously with salt. Place flat side of the knife blade on top; press firmly, pulling knife toward you. Repeat until paste forms.
