This was the old way I made fried chicken. It is very good for making chicken nuggets too!

Ingredients For fried chicken breading

  • 2 tsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 1 1/2 c
    corn flakes crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 lb
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

How To Make fried chicken breading

  • 1
    Roll chicken in a little oil, sprinkle heavily with seasoning, then bread in mixture of flakes and flour. Bake at 350 degrees until done.

    Note: Originally this recipe used the boneless chicken cut into strips, I used breasts with bone in and it was great!
