    cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp
    whole cloves

    green cardoamom pods

    bay leaves
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper flakes

    cinnamon stick broken up

How To Make freshly ground garam masala

    Place all ingredients in spice or coffee grinder and grind into a powder
